Question by Ignorant 16-year-old: Did the bills HR875 and S425 really ‘criminalize’ organic farming?
I looked into them, and it doesn’t say anything about making it illegal for people to make their own food. Can someone explain to me what the bills did? Oh, and have they been passed?

Farmers don’t make there own food they grow it ! I haven’t seen where it has passed but will look for it ! Won’t stop me from having a garden in my back yard or that of millions of others ! Does he think that police should be the vegy police now as well ? He helped leave Illinois so broke in our county we have 3 deputy sheriffs to cover the whole county at night ! I’m thinking that the police here have better ways to spend there time than chasing carrots growers !

Q&A: is extensive livestock farming the same as organic farming?

Question by Craig: is extensive livestock farming the same as organic farming?
The animals both appear to be outside. Are there differences?

Best answer:

Answer by Medicine
Extensive farming means farming small nos of animals over a greater area, whereas intensive farming means farming of animals with a higher density. Both are opposite to each other.
Organic farming is quite different from extensive farming,in that first soil worms are used to break down all organic matter & then used for agricultural cultivation – so that the plants can easily get all the minerals from organic soil.
