Question by Christina: How do you make canned Strawberry Salsa in large amounts?
I am new in the canning world and my first project is to make strawberry salsa out of three hot peppers I’ve picked up at an organic farm (the hot peppers are like 10 – 12 inches long). Plus other ingredients for making the salsa. Can someone help me give an idea on how to start something like this? Or have a recipe I could use to start with? Thank you.

Get a brand new Mason jar and boil it, removing the rubber seal first. its very important to make sure its sterilized before using.prepare your ingredients adding 1 Tsp. of salt and 2 Tbsp. of sugar. Fill the CLEAN jar with the mixture, then pour in your liquid covering the ingredients completely.place the rubber seal on and lock it closed.
